Apostle Johnson Suleman fired up his Twitter to go off on the protest organized by veteran singers, Eedris Abdulkareem and Baba Fryo against Pastor Adeboye.
We reported earlier today that the singers staged a protest in front of the RCCG camp main gate along Lagos-Ibadan Express way. They called on Pastor Adeboye to speak against the RUGA settlement project initiated by the federal government, just as he has spoken on the rape allegation leveled against COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo. Read here if you missed this.
Defending Pastor Adeboye in a tweet shared shortly after, Apostle Suleman insinuated that the protesters are misinformed as the RCCG founder had asked the Federal Government to hasten the rescue of Leah Sharibu which was one of the issues they raised. He tweeted;
Papa Adeboye said the govt should hasten the release of leah and all in captivity(I was there)..he only told us not to take laws into our hands and pray for Nigeria.and you say he is not speaking. wait till you are that age so u show us how else an elder should speak.
